Design brief

Maximise daylight and storage within a 78 sqm apartment while keeping finishes durable and warm. Emphasis on natural timber accents, matte stone benchtops and integrated lighting.

We used low-VOC paints, moisture-resistant joinery in wet zones and anti-scratch finishes for high-traffic surfaces.
