Terms of service
By engaging Brightchoice for design services you agree to our standard terms which include project scope, fees, deliverables and payment terms. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

- Deposit and milestone payments are required as set out in project proposals.
- Design ownership remains with Brightchoice until final invoice settlement where applicable.
- Clients must obtain required building approvals; Brightchoice provides documentation but does not act as certifier.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Where goods or services are supplied to consumers in Australia, Brightchoice acknowledges statutory guarantees under the ACL. These guarantees cannot be excluded where applicable; our liability is otherwise limited to the extent permitted by law.
Consumer rights
Consumers are entitled to remedies for major failures and to have services provided with due care and skill.

Intellectual property
All design materials, drawings, images and specifications produced by Brightchoice are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement expressly transfers rights.

Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Parties must first attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation and mediation before commencing court proceedings, except where urgent relief is required.
