Materials & finishes
Engineered light oak with anti-scratch finish; low-pile wool rug in the seating area; matte plaster feature wall behind media unit.
Layered lighting: recessed downlights on dimmer, linear LED behind shelving, and statement pendant over coffee table. All fittings comply with Australian electrical standards.
Durable, stain-resistant linen blends for sofas; custom joinery in matte laminate; modular seating for flexible configurations.
