Neutral base tones, warm oak, matte off-white joinery and soft matte black accents. Emphasis on texture and light rather than ornament.

Custom joinery provides concealed storage in the living area and bedroom, keeping sightlines clean and surfaces uncluttered.

Low-VOC finishes, locally sourced timber where possible, LED lighting and energy-efficient appliances were specified to reduce lifecycle impact.

Door widths, threshold-free transitions and adaptable furniture layouts were considered to future-proof the apartment for different life stages.
