Project X3 reimagines a 78m² two-bedroom apartment in Brisbane with open-plan living, integrated storage, and a muted material palette to maximise daylight and calm.

This project uses a restrained palette tuned for Brisbane light: pale oiled oak, honed porcelain, and soft matte paint tones with black anodised metal accents.
